0,10 ODER DAS ÜBERLEBEN DER LEERE

Curatorial work at Brandenburgischer Kunstverein Potsdam

16 September – 3 December 2017

0,10 ODER DAS ÜBERLEBEN DER LEERE

0,10 ODER DAS ÜBERLEBEN DER LEERE began and ended with an empty space: an architecture within an architecture. It added a glass installation to the late modernist exhibition pavilion on Potsdam’s Freundschaftsinsel, alluding to, commenting on and interpreting the gridded building and its transparency. Michael Müller and Lukas Töpfer, both in the dual role of artist and curator, have sought out dialogue partners for their exploration with the artist group Art & Language, founded in 1968, and supplemented them with further artistic positions. The result was a group exhibition on the border between two glass rooms.

The exhibition showed works by: Art & Language, Angela de la Cruz, Rolf-Gunter Dienst, Marcel Duchamp, Bethan Huws, Kasimir Malewitsch, Vlado Martek, Michael Müller, Lukas Töpfer
